Finding a Pattern
So, I finally realized I’m not a huge morning-runner. For the longest time, I was trying to make myself run in the mornings. “How great to wake up early and get some exercise” I thought. In my fantasy world, it would wake me up, I’d have a clearer mind throughout the rest of the day, and it would keep me on a healthy schedule.

Austin, Home Sweet Home
After teary goodbyes, many hugs, and innumerable promises for phone calls, we finally hit the road. It took us 21 hours, but we made it. Justin did all the driving (thanks, J!) while I tried to stay awake (what is it about a moving vehicle that makes exhaustion set in?) and entertain him with ideas of all the exciting adventures we’d soon be able to go on.
