Abigail Marguerite Dreier (b. 1990 Plymouth, MA) is an installation artist and designer interested in the idea of idolizing imperfection. Dreier graduated from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) in 2012 with an emphasis in Fiber and Material Studies and coursework in Psychology. She hopes to further her education with a Masters of Art Therapy.
Dreier has worked with both The Art Institute of Chicago’s Ryan Education Center as well as Urban Gateways: Center for Arts Education. She presently holds a position as a Pre-School Teacher at The Olive Tree Learning Center: a Reggio-Emilia based school in the heart of Austin. In her spare time, she silk screens fashions for her small business “Abigail Marguerite Designs.”
Dreier currently lives and works in Austin, TX. Her favorite season is Fall, favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, and favorite color is yellow.
